Parking

Parking is a pleasure at Eastgate. With over 5 000 parking bays, and 2 500 undercover bays, you will always have somewhere to park. We have more than 70 reserved parking spaces for guests with special needs located close to the entrances in all car parks.

Got a question? Need directions? The staff at our Customer Services Desk, located on the lower level opposite PEP, are happy to help. Ask for a copy of our printed store directory to make sure you don’t miss a thing. You can also buy gift cards at our Customer Services Desk.

Baby Rooms

Baby needs a nappy change?
The baby changing and feeding facilities are located in the bathrooms next to Entrance 6 & 7 as well as the Food District (near Nando’s).

Facilities for people with disabilities

• Parking bays are located close to entrances in all car parks.
• Wheelchairs are available for hire from the Management Reception. To book, please call 011 479 6000. A refundable deposit of R100 is required and proof of identification.

Various bathroom facilities are available throughout the centre located at Entrance 2, 6, 8, 9 & Truworths Man.

Medi-Response

Medi-Response Eastgate provides on-location Emergency Medical Services. The Medi-Response Eastgate clinic is professionally staffed and equipped to manage routine healthcare checks, as well as medical emergencies in the absence of definitive care, ensuring the safety of tenants and customers.

Security

All Night and Day Guard is dedicated to excellence in safeguarding properties, individuals, and communities. With hand-selected individuals chosen for their exceptional skills and unwavering commitment to safety, each member of the All Night and Day Guard team performs a wide range of roles and responsibilities, from access control and patrolling to video surveillance and reception duties.

E-hailing pick-up and drop-off is available at Entrance 2, on the Lower Level, by the Woolworths passage.
