Festival of Fun with Carnival Rides

 

Keeping the spirit of the season top of mind, patrons of all ages have a lot to look forward to as the year comes to a close. All our shoppers are set to be delighted by our magnificent lighting experience, situated around the Food Court, Piazza, Grand Staircase and the Aloe Court by Woolworths, while our younger visitors can enjoy a carnival set-up on the rooftop by the Piazza, filled with rides, snacks and games. And when you spend R150 or more in-centre, you have access to the carnival as well as 5 x carnival ride tickets. Please provide your till slip to take advantage of this experience.

 

Shoppers are invited to enjoy our ‘Selfie Moment’ areas, found around the various court spaces of the mall, including Banana Beach: a faux beach set-up created entirely from bananas; a Giant Dice; and a beautifully decorated VW Kombi. These cute backdrops and props are free for all to enjoy. Snap a selfie at any of these areas, post on our Facebook page using the hashtag #EastgateFestivalofFun and you could win. Loads of vouchers up for grabs.

 

Father Christmas is also dropping in for a visit at the Aloe Court and is available to be photographed with all the kids. Be sure to tell him what you want for Christmas this year. Different packages are available for you to choose from.

• From 6 – 24 December 2019, snap a photograph with Santa at the Aloe Court: Monday – Friday from 9am – 9pm; Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays from 9am – 6pm;
• Enjoy the Christmas magic at our Rooftop Christmas Market on 22 December 2019 from 11am – 7pm.
